Do people still practice ancient Egyptian religion?
I mean with Isis and Horus and all of those gods.
And if so, is it organized and a large number of people? Or is it just like a small cult?
I think there are attempts to emulate it. Crowley's Thelema incorporated elements of the ancient Egyptian worship (as well as others), and you'll find some elements in hermeticism and other esoteric faiths. I don't think the concept is quite the same, though - you won't find any of these groups practicing the mummification that Egyptians are perhaps best-known for, nor would their beliefs revolve around a centrality of the Nile.
