Maybe it is time the UK grew some balls and did some action instead of inaction like we've seen for the last 20 years or more. The UK forces are volunteers and the very best in the world, nobody would want to undermine that. But these knife weilding thugs need some discipline and it's about time that they were forced to put something back into society. So, yes, I agree in principle with the idea.
