is pocket knife considered weapon and subject to seizure at the border?
if you cross international US Canada border,do border guards have authority seizing your pocket knife as weapon?I m going to US in couple of days by bus.Appreciate any shared experience!
I wouldn't worry too much about it. Over here, we cross into Quebec quite often and have been searched only once. The only thing that got confiscated was a radar detector. I wouldn't have it clipped into your pocket but just carrying a knife isn't illegal. How old are you though? If you are like 16 it shouldn't be a problem. Assuming this is an average pocket knife, not some giant folding knife.
