I think you're pretty well-prepared.
You might need to use paint, crayons, markers, or other art supplies, but typically your teacher will have them in class if you need to use them.
You might want to get a 3-hole puncher for the binder if you don't want to shove paper through the rings.
By math graphic notebook, did you mean graph paper? If not, you should probably get some.
I'm not sure if you'll need a protractor or not, depends on your classes. You might want to check into that.
You could get an student planner to write down test dates and assignments, too.
Pen-and-ink erasers are always useful. And a pencil case, of course.
I've always found it helpful to keep a comb and hand disinfectant with me, too. A few more folders might be helpful. When working on projects, it's a good idea to keep all your papers for the project in a folder so you don't lose them. It's possible that you'd need a folder for each class, and they do start to wear out as the year goes on.
Check if you need safety goggles for your science class, too.
Sticky notes aren't necessary, but they it helps to use post-it flags to mark pages.
I usually keep a couple of white posters at home so I have them available for projects.
Remember to check with your teachers about what supplies you'll need.
