Creek Dog Leg

My son's 3 month old english bulldog puppy, Lilly is the sweetest dog she is very smart and listens well, she was potty trained easily and taught not to jump and has never not even once barked, she is my 2 year old son's best friend. Lilly, was taken from my grandmothers yard where we were visiting and someone broke both of her front legs and dislocated her elbows we found her later that day in a half dry creek bed. We took her to the Vet because she wouldn't move and was literally crying like a baby, they said that she will need to have surgery which will cost $3,000 we don't have that kind of money right now and they said that the only other option was like a cast for her legs which was $1,000 and not garenteed that it would even work but we are willing to try. We just need to try and find out where we can get the money. PLEASE if you can tell us where to go, we would really appreciate it!! THANK YOU!!!
