Should I get a tribal tattoo or another design I have in mind? Input needed!?
Hello everyone!
'Tis the season, and I'm looking to treat myself by getting another tattoo. I want your input!
Here's the deal:
The tattoo I have now is on my right forearm, near the bend between forearm and upper arm.
It is a star shape, and inside of it is the German flag. Around the star I have a saying in German.
I am of German and Scottish heritage.
Which brings me to my question...
Should I get a 3/4 sleeve tribal tattoo on my right arm that goes up to/around my german tattoo, and have it colored in the german flag (so a german flag tribal and a german flag star on my right arm),
or...
should I get a Shield/Crest design with the Scottish flag in it on my other forearm, with a saying in Scottish Gaelic around it (this crest tattoo would be symmetrical in position with my german tattoo on my right arm).
I'm leaning towards the tribal, but I'd love to hear everyone's view on this!

the scottish crest would be better. i don't have a problem with tribal tattoos but a 3/4 tribal sleeve is too big
