I'm not sure if a guy I work with likes me. 6-months ago, I foolishly told him that I was attracted to him. We went out for a drink then ended it after that...no kissing or touching, etc.. I try to ignore him but recently he's stopped by a couple of times to see me and last week gave me two gifts (cool desk clock & pen set).
I'm not sure if he is just teasing me or does he have any feelings for me?? I really like this guy but he is tough to read.
If it's been 6 months, one drink after work is not much to go by with a co-worker. It always makes things tricky when you've laid your emotions out there without knowing where he stands. One thing I've learned in my lifetime is if a guy really likes you, he WILL find a way to make a move. No matter how shy/sensitive/introverted he might be. Sure there are stories of success where women were the instigator but those are the exception, not the rule. Play it cool. Be nice, but not too nice, accessible but not too accessible and don't sit around waiting on him. If he really likes you, you'll know (and not by a clock & pen set).
