or is otherwise armed with a category I or category II
weapon. (b) A category I weapon is a [firearm or] a knife
with a blade at least 3 inches in length, dagger, dirk,
switchblade knife, stiletto, or any other deadly or
dangerous weapon of like character.
So, no.
**EDIT*** There is only one exception to the rule. A person may be in or on their own property, dwelling or abode and carrying a knife, concealed or not is legal. There are city and county ordinances that prevent a person from carrying a knife in public. Actually, subsection (10) of this law prevents any deadly weapons to be possessed or concealed in a public area, alley, or unincorporated area.
