well there are claims in japan now saying that some of the jews have actually visited the island, which is not true, and mixed with the population. some scholars and researchers think that original jews were actually japanese. here is the video for that, maybe it will answer your question.
and no during the 16th century the problem was mainly between koreans and japanese. it does not tie up with you being jewish or not unless one of your parents is. i do not know where you are getting at though.
