If I already eat about a 500 cal lunch, would switching to bento for lunch still be healthier?
I'm trying to loose weight, and I kinda want to do a Bento lunch anyways, but according to this chart:

It says that a 12-14 yr old girl (i'm 13) should eat 700 cals, and then it says to add another 100 cals cause I'm taller then average (average-5'1. I'm 5'8). So if I eat about a 425 mL bento box, will that be enough to hold me until the end of the day?:

And while we're at the topic, is it ok to use brown rice for onigiri? If so, will it be ok if I make it the night before? Also, can you tell me what nori seaweed taste like? Sorry, I'm a beginner. I'm doing my research first. Thank you for your help though! ^-^

Bento is eaten for lunch so you should still have a dinner. If you want to lose weight, try joining a sport in addition to eating your bento.
Also a bento should include fresh vegetables, meat/fish, and rice which is very healthy even if it doesn't help you lose a lot of weight.
Brown rice is fine, in fact, it's even healthier than white rice plus white rice is usually bleached so...
If you make it the night before, you'll have to put it in the fridge and then microwave it in the morning so it's still warm by lunchtime.
Nori seaweed tastes dry, flaky, a bit fishy, and rather salty like sushi. It won't add much flavor in your onigiri so it's best if you add something in the rice (salmon, veggies). I've tried eating pickled plum onigiris but those taste sour and bitter so I wouldn't recommend that.
