I own several kimono. Some of them I bought in Japan, but the rest come from various online stores -- mostly Ichiroya, Yamatoku, Kimono Lily, and Ryu Japan (all of them have eBay shops as well...I believe Kimono Lily's eBay shop is called chuuny). I have also bought several from eBay. My favorite eBay kimono sellers so far are kyoto.antique, japanese.antiques, kimono-wholesale, kimono_etcetra, and pirot29. I've had good shopping experiences with all of them.
I don't know the seller of the uchikake in your link, but from the pictures it looks like it's in good condition and I have to say the opening bid and by it now prices both strike me as quite reasonable for an item like that.
