What should i learn next?
Well I feel like i should learn something but I am not sure what i want to learn. I am in school right now but it doesn't seem enough and i want more out of it. I love different languages (I am fluent in sign language as well as English and my family knows different languages so i know parts of Spanish, Latin, Italian, German, Russian, Japanese, and French. Also one of my friends is going to start teaching me Chinese.) I get good grades in school as of right now. I am also learning how to sew (embroidery, hand sew, needle point, crochet, machine sewing, and quilting), how to do calligraphy (handwriting) and learning how to cook/ bake. I just feel like I need to learn more. Any ideas as to what to learn?
Add to what you already know. Study one of the languages your family knows, to get a better foundation in it and eventually become fluent. Or add knitting or weaving to the fiber arts' skills you've learned. Or work on some bigger projects with the things you've already learned (say plan the family's meals from the grocery store to the table for a meal or even a week's meals, or crochet an afghan, or start a collection of recipes you've tried and like).
Try something new. Add something different such as learning some basic carpentry or how to refinish furniture or to reupholster an old chair. Or build an electric circuit board, or find out what goes on inside a person's brain to make them learn something, or research some other science idea that interests you. Or get some great science kits to put together. Or learn some computer programming.
Think ahead. Find a career interest survey and figure out which sorts of careers would be good for you and then work on learning some skills needed for those careers.
Or just act randomly. Go to a library and browse the nonfiction section until you see something that appeals to you. Check it out and decide if it is something you'd like to work on to learn more.
