"I have become partial to the new line of knives by a company called "Rough
Rider". These knives are made in China, but they are made using surgical steel
blades and very good quality. They remind me of the Parker line of knives from
the
early 1980's. They make the Dr. knife pattern in several different handle
materials
ranging from smooth bone (about $10) to jigged bone (about $14) and even
genuine pearl and abolone (about $20).
I decided to test one and have been carrying one of thier 4 blade congress
knives for about 2 months now. I have only sharpened it once and must say it has
impressed me greatly. I normally deal in Antique knives and have about 400 in
stock at any given time, ranging in price from $20-$2000, but for the $12 I paid
for
the Rough Rider, it cant be beat.
I now carry a complete line of the Rough Rider brand."
