Is there enough black people and asians in Manga?
I swear 80% of Manga characters are white put it this way (soz i can't remember the names last time i saw an Anime was when i was 8ish because australia hate anime.. Just Australian T.V)

Shaman King dudes are white
Death Note is white
Samurai X is a ginger kid
Bleach dudes are white
Black Cat chicks are white
Most of Miyazaki's films are thie
At least astro boy is asian
The Samurai dude is kinda Black
But yeah you get the point
Actually, most of the charas on Japanese anime, are japanese
at least the ones set on japan,
If you look pics of japanese actors/actresses and models, you will notice
that they do have resemblance to aime charas
(we are not that yellow nor have thin eyes)

(wont post the link cuz Y!A is kinda weird lately with the youtube links)

About Black ppl, I agree with you
there arent enough in animes
because japanese have not much relation with them
Most of japanese are affraid to be racist so they
avoid the theme all in all (which is alrady racist)
Lately there have been more contact and interaction between Japs and black ppl
I hope that will help the japanese to open up to the world a little more
