How to clean my Sword? And a Japanese translation.?

Pic of sword above. It's a replica of the "The Last Samurai" sword. I want to know how to clean it. Also, a translation of the characters would be appreciated.
stainless steal swords you dont have to be concerned with cleaning. as they will not rust.
to clean a sword you take off the old oil and put on a fresh layer of oil.

the small hammer in the kit is used to take apart the sword.
Unless you know how to DONT take it apart. there is Never a need to clean under the handle. it would more be for maintenance.
