I'm Stuck On Getting A Six-Pack?
Hey, so I've been wanting to get a six pack for some time now, so I started working out a lot. For two months, so far, what I've done is every other day I go for a 40-50 minute bike ride, in a hilly area, then I come home, and do db curls, push-ups, skull-crushers, side-arm raises, planks, crunches, side crunches, and jack-knife sit-ups.
After this, I have a shake comprised of whey protein and l-Glutamine, and a slice of plain bread, for carbs. Still, I have seen little improvement. I can tell some fat is burning off, and I've lost 7 pounds, not that I need to (16 and 122 lbs.) But I'm not getting the definition I want. The same goes for the pectoral area. So basically, I'm having trouble with my entire torso. My arms and legs are getting bigger, just not my torso. Help, please? Thanks.
You need to have at least 5% of body fats, for your abs muscle to show.
At your routine, i'd suggest doing MORE cardios than usual. And crunches and sit-ups too.
