Anyone know where I can rent these Japanese TV shows?
I am specifically looking for these two mini-series...
One was about this swimming coach who was in love with a woman who wasn't in to him. But a hotel maid was in love with him. The opening music to the show was "The Rainbow Connection" by Karen Carpenter.
Another mini-series starred the swimming coach from above. He played a fisherman who had an ex girlfriend who was dying in a hospital or something. I missed the ending. I remember the title had the word "Letter" in it.....

Unfortunately, Japanese TV dramas aren't normally distributed in the U.S.; fortunately, there is a market for, let's just say "unofficial" DVD's of these programs (taped off of subtitled broadcasts, and transferred to DVD), and a search on eBay for both titles did yield results.
