3. The Magna Carta (in England) put limits on the absolute power of the monarchy, which was at the top of the "chain of comand" of feudalism.
By Bubonic Plague, you are probably refering to the Black Death of the mid 14th century. Not everyone agrees that the Black Death was actually Bubonic Plague anyone. There are other theories. Regardless, it wiped out somewhere around 1/3 of the population of Europe, effectively destroying the serf base of the feudal system, as well as many other rungs of the system. The Death was no respecter of persons.
4. The Cruades started when the Emperor of Byzantium asked the Franks (Normans) for help defending his borders (which included the holy land) from the Seljuk Turks. Pope Urban expanded on this request when he passed it, saying that that knights of Europe should stop fighting each other and go to fight a greater enemy.
The Christians, Jewish and Muslims already co-existing in Jerusalem as they had for centuries weren't thrilled about this intrusion. The Normans often didn't make any distinction between who was what religion and who were soldiers and who were civilians, they just killed everyone.
