What animal does store bought liver comes from?
I bought liver the other day, however, was wondering which animal it might be. The reason i do not know is because i bought the liver from a small butcher shop that bags the meat in a regular white paper mesh. The only thing on the rapper was the price of the product and the butchers stores name.
Beef or chicken liver. Beef liver is one large organ and chicken liver would be several small pieces.Hope that helped.=)
