How to get a fountain pen writing again?
I've found an old fountain pen down the back of a chair. I know there's ink in it but it won't write. I guess the nibs dried up. How do I get it writing again?
If this is an old fountain pen only soak in warm water, or water don't use solvents this can damage some of the plastics or especially rubber. Although it does depend on the pen, but why risk it the ink will dissolve with water.
