What rights do i have as a father?
using my cousins yahoo....ive been incarcerated twice for domestic violence with my x...i was never charged because she dint show to court..also police other police report that never went through...right now i have a felony case pending for attempt to assault and conspiracy ..i was Just standing there watching two people fight and they had pocket knives..conspiracy because we walked to the park the guys wanted to meet...i know they don't have enough evidence it should get dropped...i also have 2000 in crt fines for a few misdemeanors for weed and no insurance citations.and tickets...anyway my x is pregnant and said its over..she said shes not even going to tell me when the baby is born and because of my record with her my rights to the baby are limited..is this true?

Yes she is correct, in court they will drag up everything from your criminal record and hold it against you.
