If you know something is true, does it matter if others don't believe you?
Let's say you met Elton John by chance in an antiques shop and spoke to him for a few minutes, then later when you try and tell people they think you have a screw loose and they're mocking you "yeah right and I'm the Pope."
Or if you know Gdansk is in Poland but everyone else at the table is saying "don't be stupid ha ha it's in Russia" and they're all laughing at you.
Do you find this annoying and how do you deal with it? Is it really worth it going to a library and printing off the proof, and there's no way of proving the first incident anyway if you didn't have a camera.
It really only matters when you're on trial in front of a judge and jury.
Otherwise, just tell the non-believers to look at a map, or an encyclopedia. There are some things that happen in life which are unusual or freaky, and you can't prove it. In those cases it is probably better to know for yourself rather than turning blue in the face trying to convince people.
