Do you mean the siren sound? That's actually on the soundtrack but not sure what it's called.
If you mean the actual songs played the most memorable one was "Battle Without Honor or Humanity" by Tomoyasu Hotei that was used heaps for the ads and also featured in Kung FU Panda and Transformers.
Otherwise these songs also feature during the battle scenes.....
