really weird dreams??? help?
ok for as long as i can remember, every night i have atleast 2-4 dreams i remember fully...not just normal dreams, dreams about dead bodies, murder, crazy stuff, and in all my dreams, say im getting chased by somthing and it stabs me i feel the pain like in real life,my boyfriend wakes me up from screaming twice a night....i havent had a good dream in atleast 10 yrs, i dont think negitive, im christian, it freaks me out!!!
like one dream i had i was on this road, at night, i saw a girl getting murdered in the street and the dude hid her body in the woods, he saw me and i ran, i saw a sign, said rout 30, i woke up.... later i was online, and found out that a body was discovered off rout 30,2 weeks after my dream.. these dreams wont go away...i hate going to bed
please help anyone if u can
try to involve yourself in some physical or reading activity so that you get a really deep sleep....without dreams.
