Should all the blades face up or down and is the katana on the top working down to the smaller or the other way? i dont mean to sound stupid, but i want to make sure my swords are displayed well. They were a gift and now that i have them I may seek out how to learn to use them in which case i will buy the necessary equipment then when I do. These are just for show and no they are not authentic or ancient other than that they cost only $200 for the set I am told. I just want to hang and display them properly and not wrong. Anyone?
Your blades no matter the cost should face sharpened ends up and arrange from the Katana to the Wakasashi and then the Tanto. All of them blades up and usually the handles are on the left hand side of the holder.
