It's pink with black writing has a C on the upper left corner soldiers at the bottom left, a woman in the middle a man at the right corner the words For Registered with signature on the left bottom and on the right bottom it reads For Treasure and a signature. it also reads series 1 next to the words Confederate States of America
Admittedly I can not be sure but would not be surprised at all.
The South run into huge strife during the war with inflation especially after it became clear that England would not back their cause. In protest the Confederates ceased trading their cotton with them to force the issue
but England, despite being desperate for the supply would not bend.
So after the guts on value fell out of the cotton the confederates set fire to the enormous stock that had built up, in the end the confederate dollar was less value then the paper it was printed on !
