How do I create an offline webpage that would display files that are in an offline folder?
I have a small company and have a small offline webpage that works through the local drive. What I want to do with the website is to have a page that would grab files from a folder and displays them.
The files are changed and updated often, and it would make it easier if I had a webpage that would display these files in order so people can just click on them to display.
Any ideas? Im not too advanced, but any tutorials would help.

What do you mean by "offline web page". I have to ask because people often misuse this term. Is it a website that you can see only using a browser from within the company? Is the webpage running on a server like a normal website? Or do you access it as a file?
The web page MUST be hosted on a server for what you want to work. If you can run php code then you can use this....
