Should I use 'Athlete" or "Normal' mode on my body fat monitor?

My new body fat monitor requires that I select from "Athlete" and "Normal".
To calculate where your at, your supposed to use a Frequency X Intensity X Time model and if the answer is over 60 you select athlete mode.
I haven't been to the gym much lately as I started a very physical job. I work 4 times a week for 12 hour days. My job entails cutting the tops of full cases of items and stacking them up in steel racks. The boxes weigh anywhere from 3-75 lbs. I have to cut 200 cases an hour and end up lifting each case three times. In other words, I lift the average of a 10 lb box with spikes up into fairly higher weight ranges about 7200 times a night. What I'm asking is, does that count? Or do I only count time spent in the gym?

Only count time spent in the gym. While your job seems very difficult, it doesn't qualify as resistance/strength training. Resistance training should place continuous tension on your muscles through a full muscular motion and preferably until complete muscular failure.

Use normal on your body fat monitor.
