I have a plaque on my wall that depicts Michele Arcangelo standing on a man's back with one foot, holding a big chain and ready to stab him with a sword. What is the meaning of this? I tried to google it but all I could come up with were sites in italian.
Saint Michael the Archangel is the protector of the faith, the big guns so-to-speak for the fight against evil. He is also the Guardian Angel of Mary, given to Her by God. Although when She was living on this earth, She was given 1000 angels from each of the Nine Choirs of Angels to protect Her.
