Would a turquoise dress and a white belt look ok?
Would a turquoise, flowy dress that has a v neck line, and also goes just above the knee, look ok with a white buckle belt under the bust? I'm quite short (like 5'2) and petite with small breasts lol. Also, is a high waisted belt supposed to go under the bust or under the ribs? Annnd for a casual look, should I wear any jewellery (necklace, bracelet etc)? Thank youu 
If your flat, i suggest wearing it under your breasts. Wear a silver, long type of neckless with charms on it. Im pretty sure i could picture it, it will look good. With mabye silver high heals, or flats. And curl you hair, like a messy wave type.
